On Wednesday June 8^th, Northrop Grumman will present ‘Taming the World of Portable CMMs’ which addresses two major topics affecting PCMM usage: the Coordinate Measurement Society’s proposal for accredited operator certification, and ASTM Committee E57’s progress towards developing standards related to 3D imaging. A session highlighting new CMM standards will immediately follow, presented by the University of North Carolina. On Wednesday afternoon, ‘New and Improved Metrology for Wind Energy Systems’ will be given by BIMAQ (The Bremen Institute for Metrology). Another session, presented by Technodigit, will be dedicated to PC-DMIS inspection software power users and will cover reverse engineering topics.

Intergraph®, ERDAS, and Leica Geosystems will host dedicated sessions to SG&I (Security, Government and Infrastructure), PPM (Process, Power, and Marine), and Geosystems.
